Terms of use.

Eligibility. This site and Saturn House membership are intended for professional adults aged 18 or over, acting in a professional capacity. Submitting an application is not an entitlement to membership.

Invitation and membership discretion. Saturn House is invitation-led. Applications and nominations may be approved, waitlisted or declined at the discretion of Saturn House leadership, without explanation. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may be suspended or withdrawn where conduct is inconsistent with the standards of the community.

Fees and refunds. Membership cannot be purchased through this site and no price is published here. Where a membership fee applies, the amount, the period it covers, the renewal basis and the refund position are set out in the written terms provided privately to an approved applicant before they accept an invitation. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of membership at any price.

Accounts. An account is not a membership. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account, and you agree not to share access. Accounts give access to your own records; member experiences are granted separately. Do not attempt to access data belonging to another person, probe or interfere with the service, or use automated means to extract content.

Conduct. Members and guests agree to behave with courtesy and integrity at gatherings and in all Saturn House channels. Harassment, misrepresentation of identity or credentials, solicitation of other members against their wishes, and unauthorised recording of gatherings are grounds for removal.

Confidentiality. The identity of other guests and the substance of conversations at Saturn House gatherings are private unless the individuals concerned agree otherwise. Guest lists are not published, and members agree not to publish or forward them.

Introductions. Introductions are made at Saturn House's discretion and only where both people agree. Saturn House does not guarantee that any introduction, meeting, transaction or relationship will occur, nor any particular outcome from one.

Gatherings. Places at gatherings are allocated by Saturn House and are limited, typically to between twenty-five and forty guests. Details, including venue, date, speakers and format, may change. Attendance may be declined or withdrawn. Photography and recording are not permitted unless Saturn House states otherwise for a specific gathering.

Intellectual property. The Saturn House name, marks, site design, written materials and research syntheses belong to Saturn House and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Third-party research linked from this site remains the property of its authors and publishers; Saturn House links to original sources and does not reproduce them.

No regulated services. Saturn House provides community, events, research and relationship-building opportunities. Saturn House does not provide investment, legal or tax advice and does not guarantee transactions or investment outcomes. Saturn House is not a broker, broker-dealer, investment adviser, placement agent, securities marketplace or investment fund, and nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product.

Termination. You may close your account or end your membership at any time by writing to Saturn House. Saturn House may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where conduct harms the community, or where continued access would be unlawful. Confidentiality and intellectual-property obligations survive termination.

Liability. This site and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saturn House is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost opportunity arising from use of the site, membership, attendance at a gathering or any introduction. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Disputes. If something goes wrong, write to Saturn House first: most matters are resolved directly. Where they are not, both parties will attempt good-faith resolution before commencing proceedings.
