Privacy and data requests
Your information, on your terms.
Ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used. Requests are handled by authorised people, never automatically.

We acknowledge every request within five working days and aim to complete it within one month. We may ask one verifying question before releasing or deleting information, to make sure we are answering the right person. There is no charge.
Deletion requests are honoured except where we must keep a limited record to meet a legal obligation or to protect the community; if that applies, we tell you which records were kept and why. Retention periods for every category of information are published in the privacy notice.
If you were nominated by someone and would prefer not to be considered, submit a deletion request and we will remove the nomination.
