The Founding 10 · Chapter I
A private residence of the mind.
Ten founding markets in one private orbit. A trusted house for principals, counsel, founders, researchers, PhDs and doctors shaping consequential transactions, law, AI, digital markets and private capital.
The house thesis
The most important opportunities sit between disciplines. Saturn House studies the connective tissue: how law shapes capital, how AI changes enterprise value, how digital rails alter ownership and how private markets finance the transition.
Big Ticket — Strategic Transactions
Consequential transactions
Cross-border acquisitions, infrastructure, strategic capital and the decisions that reshape industries.
Law
The architecture of permission
Regulation, governance, structuring and jurisdictional change interpreted where business is actually being done.
AI
From capability to consequence
Applied intelligence, compute, enterprise adoption and the governance questions moving from laboratory to boardroom.
Crypto
Institutional digital markets
Market structure, tokenization, custody and regulation beyond speculation and public noise.
Private Markets
Capital beyond the public tape
Private equity, credit, venture, secondaries and allocator priorities understood through primary relationships.
Member profiles, guest lists and private notes remain protected by deliberate visibility controls.
A concise cross-market read across major transactions, law, AI, crypto and private markets.
A private, human-confirmed map helps the house make considered introductions with context, restraint and discretion.
