Leadership

A small house, close to every room.

Saturn House leadership is deliberately small. Curation, hosting and follow-up are done by the people who sign the invitations.

Teresa

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Teresa is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Saturn House. Her work spans cross-border investing and advisory across private equity, venture capital, fintech, digital assets and private markets, with a particular perspective on Greater China and international capital flows.

She has worked with family offices, ultra-high-net-worth principals, funds and sophisticated counterparties navigating opportunities across markets. Her experience also includes an on-chain quantitative strategy developed with a specialist partner, bringing together institutional discipline and emerging financial infrastructure.

She is building Saturn House around a simple conviction: consequential relationships are formed through trust, discretion and repeated interaction. Her role is to shape the house's direction, convene its community and protect the judgment behind every invitation.

Jeff Magloire

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Jeff Magloire is a product, artificial-intelligence and private-markets operator who builds the systems, partnerships and commercial networks that institutions run on. His background spans private-market technology and investment-data products, AI and product management, enterprise transformation programmes and international business development.

His perspective is operational rather than promotional: how a room is composed, how a relationship is recorded and respected, how a partnership is structured, and how technology serves discretion instead of eroding it. He works across North America, Europe, the Gulf and Asia, and spends most of his time with investors, founders, counsel and operators who prefer to work privately.

At Saturn House he leads operating strategy, chapter development, technology, membership, partnerships, gatherings and the intelligence programme. He is building Saturn House because the introductions that change a career or a transaction are still made in small rooms, and almost no institution treats that craft seriously.

Governance

How decisions are made

Membership decisions are made by Saturn House leadership. Advisory council members and chapter hosts are named only after they have agreed to be listed publicly.

Chapter hosts and any advisory council are named publicly only once the individuals concerned have confirmed in writing that they wish to be listed. Saturn House does not announce people before they have agreed to be announced.

Saturn House does not publish investment returns, assets under management, performance history or institutional affiliations, and does not provide regulated investment, legal or tax services.
