Privacy is not a setting. It is the foundation.

What we collect. Information you provide through applications, nominations, partner inquiries, venue submissions and your member profile, together with basic records of the gatherings you attend and introductions you request.

Purpose, not extraction. We use information only to assess applications, compose gatherings, make introductions, and communicate with you about Saturn. We do not sell member data, build advertising profiles or run mass marketing programmes.

Private by default. Guest lists are private by default. Speakers, partners and venues are published only with their approval. Member profiles are visible only according to the visibility setting each member chooses, and personal email addresses are never exposed publicly. The member directory is not indexed by search engines.

Internal notes. Saturn House keeps private operating notes to run curation and introductions well. These notes are never published and are visible only to authorised Saturn staff.

Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time, and you may change your profile visibility or withdraw consent to contact.

Security. Access is protected by authenticated login, verified email, role-based permissions, row-level database policies and audit logging.
