Privacy by design
Knowing enough. Deliberately no more.
Saturn House knows enough to make the room extraordinary, and deliberately refuses to know more than it needs. These are the product decisions that follow from that.
No public member directory
Membership is not automatically public. There is no browsable public list of members, and the internal directory is excluded from search engines.
Members control visibility
Each member chooses whether their profile is visible across the house, within their market, only after an introduction, or not at all. The default is the most private option.
Introductions are purpose-bound
An introduction request is used to consider and make that introduction. Both people must agree before contact details are shared, and the context is not repurposed for anything else.
Relationships are confirmed, never inferred
Saturn House does not guess who knows whom. A relationship is recorded only when a person confirms it, which is why the house declines to build a scraped social graph.
Minimal collection
We ask for what is needed to judge fit and compose a room. We do not request financial account details, net-worth documentation or identity documents to apply.
No advertising model
The house is funded by membership and partnerships. There is no commercial incentive to accumulate data, and member information is never sold or shared for marketing.
Stated retention
Every category of information has a published retention period. When it expires, records are deleted or de-identified.
AI that does not decide
AI assists conversation only. It is not given member records to browse, and it never decides membership, approves an introduction or publishes anything.
An account is not a membership
Anyone may create an account to follow the house and submit an application. An account gives access to your own records only. Member experiences, the internal directory, introductions and gathering access are granted separately, by Saturn House leadership, and are enforced in the database rather than in the interface.
